Have you seen Paul ?  Officers are concerned for his safety after he was reported missing from the Top Valley area at around 9:15am yesterday ( 15 May )

Paul is described as white of slim build and is around 6ft 2ins tall with dark brown short hair. He was last seen wearing a cream shirt with a brown waistcoat.
